All auto parts sold in our online shop BMW.Click are certified and have a 1-2 years manufacturer’s guarantee. Additional information on the guarantee on individual items can be specified by our manager.
GUARANTEE CONDITIONS:
Defects have occurred during the manufacturing process (to be established during expertise)
The auto part has been installed in a manufacturer official authorized service
NON-WARRANTY CASES:
Incorrect auto part installation
Damage occurred during the exploitation(car accident etc.)
Using bad quality fuel (for auto parts connected with fuel system)
The auto part has been installed in a manufacturer non-official authorized service
RETURN AND CANCELLATION
PART RETURN
Before submitting your order please verify that you have chosen the correct auto part. After the receipt of the product return can only be approved if an auto part has been damaged. In cases where damage has occurred during the transportation, logistics companies will be liable. To avoid disappointment we always recommend insuring your goods.
CANCEL ORDER
You can cancel your order in several cases:
Your order has not been confirmed by our manager
Your order has been cancelled by BMW.Click manager
The product you have ordered is out of stock and you are not satisfied with the manufacturing and delivery period.
Original auto parts cannot be returned.
